The Renaissance of Richfield/ Bath located in Richfield, Ohio is currently seeking both full-time and part-time care partners to work ALL SHIFT S
As a Caregiver you will provide patient care under direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens.
Pay: up to $22 per hour for FT ** Shift:
- 1stShift: 7am-7pm
- 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm - $2/hr shift differential
- 3rd Shift : 11pm - 7am - 3/hr shift differential
Full Time - Performance bonus of $2,500 every 6 months
Part Time/ Full Time: Monthly Bonus Incentive

- Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed
- Providing physical support to assist patients to perform activities of daily living
- Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans
- Observing residents to detect symptoms that may require medical attention
- Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses
- Previous experience working as a Caregiver preferred
- CNA or STNA license preferred
